Terms of Service

TMT Logistics (TMT LOGISTICS Joint Stock Company) provides international freight transportation services between Vietnam and Australia, including air freight, sea freight, customs clearance and related logistics services.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the tmtgroup.com.vn website, TMT Logistics application, and all related services (collectively "Services").

These terms apply to all users, including individual and corporate customers in Vietnam, Australia and related countries.

2.1 To use certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. TMT Logistics is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 TMT Logistics reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if fraudulent behavior, violation of terms or harm to other users is detected.

TMT Logistics commits to providing high-quality transportation services, ensuring goods are handled carefully and delivered to the correct address within the committed timeframe.

We will promptly notify customers of any delays during transportation due to causes such as bad weather, customs regulations or force majeure events.

TMT Logistics is not responsible for damages caused by: force majeure events (natural disasters, war, epidemics), customer misrepresentation, prohibited goods or goods that naturally deteriorate.

The following goods are strictly prohibited from shipping:

Customers who violate prohibited goods regulations will bear full legal responsibility and compensation for damages.

6.1 Service fees are calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Accurate quotes will be provided before order confirmation.

6.2 Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, e-wallet or cash at TMT Logistics offices.

6.3 Refund policy: If an order is cancelled before dispatch, TMT Logistics will refund 100% of service fees. Orders already handed to the carrier are non-refundable, except in cases of TMT Logistics's fault.

All content on tmtgroup.com.vn including text, images, logos, designs and software belong to TMT Logistics or are legally licensed for use.

Copying, distributing, modifying or republishing any content without TMT Logistics's written consent is strictly prohibited.

TMT Logistics's liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to the declared value of the goods (subject to IATA regulations for international air freight).

TMT Logistics is not responsible for lost profits, indirect losses or any special damages.

Any disputes arising from the use of services will be resolved first through direct negotiation between the parties within 30 days from the date the dispute arises.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

TMT Logistics reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of important changes via email or prominent notice on the website.

Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
